Director Dianne Gillis has been consulting to both private and public sector organisations for twelve years, after a multi discipline career in the fast moving consumer goods sector. Her key expertise lies in working with organisational leaders to maximise the performance of their people to improve business outcomes. Dianne is an experienced facilitator, working with a diverse range of participants and settings. She has undertaken consulting assignments in organisation review, work process improvement, performance management system development and implementation, team development, and across the conflict resolution spectrum, including mediation and investigation. Dianne has more than 25 years experience across a range of disciplines, including process engineering, production management, public relations, marketing, human resource management and management consulting. Dianne’s clients are spread across sectors including health, aged care, mining, manufacturing, agribusiness, local government, communities, education, and construction. |
